We set out to bring together some of the continent’s sharpest builders, founders, and innovators under one roof — a multi-day gathering built to spotlight what’s actually being built across Africa’s tech ecosystem, not just talk about potential. The ambition was clear. What was missing was the operational backbone to pull it off without the event falling apart behind the scenes.
Large-scale tech events live or die on execution. Speaker no-shows, vendor delays, AV failures, and scheduling collisions are the difference between an event that feels effortless and one that feels held together with tape. Tech Revolution Africa needed a partner who could own the entire operational layer — not just advise on it — so the organizing team could stay focused on content, partnerships, and the audience experience instead of firefighting logistics in real time.
We stepped in as the project and event management arm for the event, handling vendor coordination across every third-party supplier, speaker logistics from travel to green-room management, a minute-by-minute run-of-show that every stakeholder could follow without ambiguity, and a live operations team empowered to make real-time calls when curveballs hit.

Rather than treating the event as one big deliverable, we broke it into parallel workstreams — pre-event logistics, day-of operations, and speaker/attendee experience — each with its own owner and checkpoint schedule. By the time doors opened, every dependency had already been stress-tested, and the on-site team was executing against a rehearsed plan rather than improvising from scratch.
The result was a seamless, multi-day experience — sessions started on time, speakers were where they needed to be, and the organizing team was free to actually engage with the audience and partners instead of being buried in logistics. What could have been a chaotic, high-stakes event instead felt controlled and intentional from the opening keynote to the closing session.
